It will be used for specified purposes and used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary and kept for no longer than is necessary. Collecting data
When you contact Wye Valley Wedding Van we will ask you for your personal contact details, such as your name, email address, home address, telephone number, venue addresses and lead passenger name if different to above. We will need this information to contact you and process your booking.
Storing data
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal data. We endeavour to keep your data safe and secure so as to prevent loss and unauthorised access. We will store your data for as long as it is required to fulfil the contract and to administer legal record entering requirements e.g for HMRC purposes.
Payment is via BACS, you will never be asked to enter your payment details onto our website.
How we use your data
We use your personal information to manage your booking via email, telephone, text message or letter. We also use your data for legal reasons, such as accountant records and for insurance purposes. We would only disclose your details if directed to do so by the emergency services or government officials.
We will never give your details to marketing or mailing agencies. We will never mention your name or share any of your photos for marketing purposes without your permission.
Under GDPR law you have the right to be informed, the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to know at any time what information is held about you, the right to object and rights relating to automated profiling.
